Shanghai (Gasgoo)- On November 26, SAIC-GM-Wuling ("SGMW") anounced that the cumulative sales of the Xingguang family under the Wuling Global Silver Badge have surpassed the 100,000-unit mark at 102,871 units.

SGMW reported earlier this month that the Wuling Xingguang S SUV model recorded a cumulative sales volume of 21,577 units within just 80 days of its market launch. The model, which hit the market on August 28 with a starting price of 99,800 yuan, is positioned as the first dual-power SUV built on the "Tianyu Architecture D Platform." The PHEV (plug-in hybrid electric vehicle) version offers a combined range of over 1,000 km, while the BEV (battery electric vehicle) version is equipped with the Shenlian battery that supports 2C fast charging.

The Wuling Xingguang sedan, which went on sale in December 2023, offers two battery range options—70 km and 150 km (under the CLTC condition)—starting at 88,800 yuan. The vehicle delivers a fuel consumption of just 3.98L/100km (under the WLTC condition) when running out of battery.

In April 2024, SGMW unveiled the Xingguang Co-creation Edition at the Auto China 2024 with a price starting at 79,800 yuan. The BEV version is available in two variants, while the PHEV version offers four trim levels.
