On September 13, nickel ore inventory at ports nationwide continued to accumulate by 90,000 wmt from September 6 to 9.262 million wmt. The total equivalent metal content was 72,720 mt. In the Philippines, despite the clear demand for raw material restocking from China's downstream smelters, there remains a certain selectivity for the grade and iron content of the current medium-grade nickel ore. With the purchasing demand and intended purchasing price for Philippine nickel ore from Indonesia continuing to decline, it is expected that the supply of medium-grade nickel ore from the Philippines to the domestic market will continue to increase.
