[Tracking the Nickel Market Dynamics in Indonesia] According to the Indonesian Geological Research Institute (PVMBG), on July 28th, the Ibu volcano, located in the northwest of the Halmahera Island (Little K Island) in Indonesia, erupted again, with an ash column reaching 800 meters and the eruption lasting 105 seconds.
The Ibu volcano is situated on the northwest coast of Little K Island, approximately 130 kilometers in a straight line from the IWIP Industrial Park, the main production area of the nickel industry chain. Currently, it has not impacted the production and transportation of the IWIP Industrial Park.
