[SMM Daily Trading Volume of Hot-rolled Coils] On July 26, the daily trading volume of hot-rolled coils among the sample enterprises in SMM's three cities (Shanghai, Lecong, and Tianjin) totaled 12,040 tonnes, representing a daily increase of 2,220 tonnes or 22.6% from the previous day.

The futures market rebounded, boosting downstream procurement enthusiasm. However, the upward momentum notably narrowed in the afternoon. As a result, transactions mainly occurred in the morning, with weaker trading in the afternoon, leading to an average overall trading performance of hot-rolled coils throughout the day.
