Recently, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the Ministry of Transport jointly issued a notice on carrying out the pilot work of filling the short board of local charging and exchanging facilities, launching the "hundreds of counties, thousands of stations, and tens of thousands of piles" pilot project. The first batch will be launched in 70 pilot counties across 24 provinces nationwide, focusing on rural areas with good coverage of distributed photovoltaics to integrate the construction of photovoltaic power generation, energy storage, and charging and exchanging integrated charging infrastructure according to local application conditions.

The central government will allocate reward funds to support pilot counties in carrying out pilot work. The demonstration period for each pilot county is 3 years. The reward standards are set based on the power utilization rate of the charging and exchanging facilities in the pilot counties each year, divided into three levels. During the demonstration period, pilot counties that achieve the highest target every year can receive up to 45 million yuan.
