Yahua Group: Signing of Spodumene Concentrate Purchase and Sales Agreement

On March 13, Yahua Group announced that on March 12, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Yahua International Investment Development Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yahua International"), signed a Purchase and Sales Agreement with Electramin DMCC (referred to as "DMCC Company"). Under this agreement, Yahua International will procure spodumene concentrate from DMCC Company for the period from 2024 to 2028. According to the agreement, the first batch of products to be delivered in 2024 will amount to no less than 15,000 tonnes of spodumene concentrate, which will be shipped in the fourth quarter; from 2025 to 2028, the annual delivery will be no less than 125,000 tonnes of spodumene concentrate each year. The product price will be calculated and determined in accordance with the pricing method agreed upon by both parties.
