Longjiang Transportation announced that the company intends to participate in the public auction to purchase 90% equity of Heilongjiang Nuokang Graphite New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. ("Nuo Kang Graphite"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the actual controller of the company, Heilongjiang Provincial Transportation Investment Group Co., Ltd. ("Transportation Investment Group"). The acquisition will be jointly made with Ningbo ShanShan Venture Capital Co., Ltd. ("ShanShan Venture Capital") to acquire 100% equity of Nuo Kang Graphite. The minimum transaction price for the public auction is RMB 34,424,839.76, with the company acquiring 90% and ShanShan Venture Capital acquiring 10%. The specific transaction price will be based on the actual delisting price.
