Huge Chemical Co., Ltd. acquires a portion of Feiyuan Chemical's shares

Tianyancha information shows that on January 12th, there has been a change in the shareholders of Zibo Feiyuan Chemical Co., Ltd. Among them, Shandong Huantai Lu Tai Road Engineering Co., Ltd., Zibo Longmen Hongtai Industrial Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership), and Tai'an Hongtai New Industrialization Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) have exited as shareholders, and Zhejiang Huge Chemical Co., Ltd. has become the new shareholder of Feiyuan Chemical. According to previous announcements, Huge Chemical Co., Ltd. plans to acquire 51% of Feiyuan Chemical's equity. Currently, Zhejiang Huge Chemical Co., Ltd. directly holds 30.146% of the equity of Zibo Feiyuan Chemical Co., Ltd.
