【40,000 tons of battery recycling and comprehensive utilization project settles in Shandong】Recently, Shandong Zhuoao Lithium Technology Co., Ltd. conducted a public notice for the environmental impact assessment report of the 40,000 tons new energy vehicle waste lithium battery comprehensive utilization and green manufacturing project for positive electrode materials.

The project is located in Binzhou City, Shandong Province, with a total investment of 2.84 billion yuan, mainly including pack dismantling and stepwise utilization, battery main body dismantling and crushing, processing of ternary lithium battery black powder, and processing of lithium iron phosphate black powder. The annual disposal capacity of waste lithium batteries is 400,000 tons, with an expected output value of 10.5 billion yuan after reaching full production.
