Construction steel stocks rapidly piled up last week, with rebar stocks increasing by 3.61% WoW. In addition, futures price erosion and sluggish demand kept the stocks hiking. Looking forward, with winter storage in many places in north China against shutdown of south China, rigid demand from downstream sector is expected to continue to shrink. Therefore, construction steel stocks will continue to increase.
