CATL: Holding Subsidiary Signs Strategic Cooperation Agreement on Green Recycling and Utilization of Power Batteries with Runjunt New Energy

CATL announced that its holding subsidiary, Wuhan Power Battery Recycling Technology Co., Ltd., and the holding subsidiary of Runjunt New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as 'Runjunt New Energy'), signed a 'Strategic Cooperation Agreement' on January 10, 2024. Both parties have decided to adhere to the global green supply chain management requirements, build a green management system for the entire lifecycle of power batteries, and establish a leading global model for the green recycling and utilization of power batteries to meet the requirements of global new energy green management.
