Guangzhou Futures Exchange Adjusts Price Limits and Margin Standards for 2024 New Year's Day Holiday

Notice on Adjusting the Price Limits and Margin Standards of relevant Futures Contracts for the 2024 New Year's Day Holiday by the Guangzhou Futures Exchange

The Guangzhou Futures Exchange has issued a notice on adjusting the price limits and margin standards of relevant futures contracts for the 2024 New Year's Day holiday. Starting from the settlement on December 28, 2023 (Thursday), the price limits for industrial silicon futures contracts will be adjusted to 8%, and the margin standards will be adjusted to 10%. The price limits for lithium carbonate futures contracts will be adjusted to 15%, and the margin standards will be adjusted to 16%, with the exception of the lithium carbonate futures contracts LC2401 and LC2402, whose margin standards will remain unchanged at 20%.
