On December 8, Hebei Qingneng Company completed the first batch of 16,517 green power certificates transfer transaction for the Huadian Tenlihai 100,000 kilowatt compound photovoltaic power generation project, equivalent to approximately 16.517 million kilowatt hours of green electricity.
