Jinyuan Hydrogen Passed Listing Hearing on Hong Kong Stock Exchange with Kinma Energy as Controlling Company

On December 8th, Henan Jinyuan Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Jinyuan Hydrogen") passed the listing hearing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Following the listing, Kinma Energy (06885.HK) remains the controlling company of Jinyuan Hydrogen.

Kinma Energy, established in 2003, is a typical iron and coke joint enterprise. In October 2017, Kinma Energy was listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Jinyuan Hydrogen's main business includes clean energy products and hydrogenated benzene chemicals, with clean energy products including liquefied natural gas, coal gas, and hydrogen. Jinyuan Hydrogen is committed to developing hydrogen and liquefied natural gas clean energy business. Although hydrogen energy is not currently the main business of Jinyuan Hydrogen, according to the prospectus, Jinyuan Hydrogen has planned the construction of coal-to-hydrogen projects and hydrogen refueling stations in the hydrogen energy field, but has not yet disclosed plans to develop green hydrogen.
