The China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing released the Global Manufacturing Purchasing Managers Index in November. The index has been staying below 50% for 14 consecutive months, and the global economy continues to decline weakly. The global manufacturing purchasing managers' index in November was 48%, a slight increase of 0.2 percentage points from the previous month, but still below 50%.
