They also mentioned the development of low-carbon and high-efficiency battery materials synthesis processes and energy storage device preparation technologies for cathode materials, anode materials, battery diaphragms, electrolytes, and battery core manufacturing. Furthermore, they mentioned the development of high safety and high efficiency energy storage battery manufacturing technology for lithium iron phosphate batteries, as well as key energy storage catalytic electronic device technology.
The policy states that by 2030, new breakthroughs will be achieved in the research of low-carbon, zero-carbon, and negative-carbon theories and technologies, and that key core technologies such as clean energy, energy storage, marine emission reduction, and resource recycling will reach an advanced domestic level, forming a number of low-carbon technology solutions and comprehensive demonstration projects with significant impact.
