On November 28, Nenghui Technology issued an announcement stating that on October 12, the company disclosed the "Announcement of Receiving the Bid-Winning Notice," and the company was confirmed as the winning bidder for the "The 28th batch of rooftop distributed photovoltaic project equipment and operation and maintenance framework agreement bidding (Section 1)" and "The 28th batch of rooftop distributed photovoltaic project equipment and operation and maintenance framework agreement bidding (Section 2)" for Yuexiu New Energy in 2023, with winning bid prices of 3.68 yuan/Wp (including tax) and 0.045 yuan/Wp (including tax) respectively for the unit installation capacity.

Recently, Nenghui Technology has signed contracts with Yuexiu New Energy and its subsidiaries for the aforementioned winning bid projects, including the "Operation and Maintenance Service Agreement." The company will provide distributed photovoltaic project equipment and operation and maintenance services to them, and Guangzhou Yuexiu New Energy Investment Co., Ltd. or its subsidiary project company plans to purchase photovoltaic power stations from the company for no more than 100 million yuan.
