"SND Energy Storage: Subsidiary Company Signs Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Uphore Energy

On November 23, SND Energy Storage announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Southern Power Grid Peak Frequency Regulation (Guangdong) Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd., has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Uphore Energy Technology (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. The two parties will jointly promote the commercial model design of battery banks and carry out investment cooperation in battery bank operations. They will also jointly develop, invest, and build swap stations at suitable sites; jointly research and promote the participation of adjustable loads such as swap stations and energy storage stations in virtual power plants; jointly promote research on the cascading utilization of power batteries, seek suitable application scenarios, and study commercial models that can be widely applied; and jointly promote in-depth cooperation in battery recycling and reuse, providing application scenarios for the future recycling and reuse of power batteries and energy storage batteries."
