On November 9th, the advanced compressed air energy storage demonstration project EPC general contracting engineering (first, second and third sections) bidding announcement was released in Wulan County, Haixi Prefecture, Qinghai Province. The announcement shows that the project is located in the Dongdatan area of Wulan County, Haixi Prefecture, and the construction content is to build a 200,000 kilowatt/800,000 kilowatt hour advanced compressed air energy storage demonstration power station, a 30,000 kilowatt/120,000 kilowatt hour electrochemical energy storage power station, a 900,000 kilowatt photovoltaic power station, a 100,000 kilowatt wind power station and an expansion of a 330kV collection station.

The project is planned to cover an area of about 20734 mu, including: compressed air energy storage and electrochemical energy storage area covering an area of about 300 mu, photovoltaic area covering an area of about 20412 mu, and wind power area covering an area of about 22 mu.
