Recently, the Development and Reform Commission of Zhejiang Province released the "Guidelines for User-side Electrochemical Energy Storage Technology in Zhejiang Province (Draft for Soliciting Opinions)". This document applies to user-side energy storage with access voltage of 0.4kV or above and rated power of 100kW or above.

Among them, the appearance, size and quality, electrical performance, cycle performance and safety performance of lead-acid (carbon) batteries shall meet the relevant provisions of GB/T 36280. The appearance, size and quality, electrical performance, environmental adaptability, durability and safety performance of lithium-ion batteries shall meet the relevant requirements of GB/T36276. The basic performance of vanadium flow battery shall meet the relevant requirements of GB/T 32509, the safety shall meet the requirements of GB/T 34866, and the design shall meet the requirements of GB/T 41986. At the same time, it is required that the energy storage inverter of vanadium flow battery shall have the function of zero voltage start of battery.
