Recently, Binhai Energy released a statement that its subsidiary Baotou Xuyang New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and Baotou Rare Earth High-tech Industrial Development Zone Management Committee signed the "Investment Agreement on Photovoltaic Solar Cell Component Integration Project", with a total investment of about 5 billion yuan and a preliminary plan to build 10GW solar cell and 5GW solar component projects.

At the same time, Binhai Energy's subsidiary Baotou Xuyang Silicon Material Technology Co., Ltd. signed the "Investment Agreement on Industrial Silicon, Polysilicon, Monocrystalline Silicon Pulling Rod, Monocrystalline Silicon Wafer Integration Project" with the People's Government of Tumote Right Banner. The project has a total investment of about 20.4 billion yuan, and will build 150,000 tons of industrial silicon, 120,000 tons of polysilicon, 40GW of monocrystalline silicon pulling rods, 40GW of monocrystalline silicon wafers and other supporting facilities, as well as supporting new energy development and construction projects.
