On October 17th, according to the official WeChat account of Betray, the company's chairman He Xueqin attended the China-Indonesia Business Forum held in Beijing on October 16th and signed a framework cooperation agreement on the investment of lithium battery negative electrode material project with the Indonesian Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Investment Coordination. The agreement mentioned that Betray and Singapore's STELLAR company jointly invested to build an annual production capacity of 80,000 tons of lithium battery negative electrode material production base in IMIP Park in Central Sulawesi Province and KIP Park in Central Java Province, Indonesia.

The project has received the support of the Indonesian Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Investment Coordination, which highlights the Indonesian government's confidence in Betray's Indonesian lithium battery negative electrode material project. Betray also said that it will actively promote the announced project investment plan.
