Recently, New Yuan Technology released a statement that the company intends to sign a Project Investment Framework Agreement and a Project Investment Agreement with the People's Government of Jinxian County. The company will invest about 460 million RMB to set up a wholly-owned or holding subsidiary in the region of the People's Government of Jinxian County, and construct a 100,000 square meter plant and supporting buildings, as well as a 20GW high-reliability photovoltaic inverter and bidirectional converter production project, mainly engaged in the research and production of full-power photovoltaic inverters. The company authorized the chairman of the company to sign the related documents for this investment. The specific terms shall be subject to the agreement signed by the company and the relevant parties.

On the same day, New Yuan Technology also released a statement that the company intends to sign a sales contract with Mupang High-Tech or its wholly-owned subsidiary, to sell a digital and intelligent production line for the purification and recycling of 10,000 tons/year of silicon waste, with a contract amount not exceeding 450 million RMB.
