The reporter learned from the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development that the work of guarantee housing delivery in various places is progressing smoothly, and project resumption and construction are also speeding up. Since the launch of the “Housing Delivery Guarantee” work, various localities have accelerated project construction and delivery to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of home buyers by compacting the responsibility of enterprises to save themselves, implementing the territorial responsibility of local governments, and focusing on the housing delivery rate. The related departments took multiple measures to speed up the resumption of projects and the completion of construction. At present, the overall resumption rate of special loan projects in guaranteed buildings is close to 100%, more than 1.65 million units of housing have been delivered in total, and the housing delivery rate of the first batch of projects with special loan has exceeded 60%.
