On August 1, data from the CRIC Research Center showed that in July, the top 100 real estate companies achieved a sales volume of 350.43 billion yuan, a monthly performance that hit a new low in recent years. Monthly sales fell by 33.5% month-on-month and 33.1% year-on-year, while the YoY decline was further expanded compared with the previous month. In terms of cumulative performance, from January to July, the top 100 real estate companies achieved a sales turnover of 3,412.44 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 4.7%. Meanwhile, the growth rate of cumulative performance turned from positive to negative.
