SHANGHAI, Jul 6 (SMM) – Federal Reserve-June meeting minutes show that a small number of officials compromised and supported the suspension of interest rate hikes.
Staff still expect the US economy to fall into recession at the end of the year. Williams said that pausing interest rate hikes in June is the right decision, but the policy may be further tightened in the future.
