Large Domestic Shipyards Schedule Orders Until 3-5 Years Later

The reporter recently learned from multiple shipyards that orders from large domestic shipyards such as China Shipbuilding, China Merchants Industry, and CIMC Pacific Marine, have been scheduled for after 2026-2028.
Among them, the relevant insiders of Jiangnan Shipyard, a subsidiary of China National Shipbuilding Corporation, told the reporter that the orders of the shipyard had been arranged to the first half of 2027, and they are still accepting orders rationally according to the capacity; CIMC Pacific Marine of CIMC Enrico, a subsidiary of China International Marine Containers, has accepted orders of 8 new ships (excluding alternative orders) in recent weeks. According to the orders accepted by various shipyards, clean energy powered ships are currently the main force in the market.
