The real estate market in key cities in April weakened after surging in March and the sales of the top 100 real estate companies fell month-on-month. But the overall market was still better than the same period last year. Industry insiders believed that transactions in April declined as the market confidence has not yet been fully restored and the rigid demand was temporarily weak. In the second quarter, the domestic real estate market is expected to stabilise, but the situation among cities will still be diverged.
