The Asian Development Bank Expects China's Economy to Grow 5 Percent

The Asian Development Bank released the latest Asian Development Outlook report on April 4 local time. The report pointed out that China will become the main engine of economic development in the Asia-Pacific region. The report predicts that economies in the Asia-Pacific region will grow 4.8% this year, higher than the growth rate of 4.2% in 2022; the Chinese economy is expected to grow 5% this year, higher than the 4.6% economic growth of other Asian developing economies.
