SHANGHAI, Apr 10 (SMM) - The terminal consumption of lead-acid battery, especially the battery for e-bike, has become more and more sluggish. Therefore, the promotion of battery in the wholesale markets has intensified. For example, the prices of main model 48V20Ah were lowered to 360 yuan/set, though the prices in some areas still remained at around 400 yuan/set. In addition, some electric bicycle and car battery companies intended to eliminate their high finished product inventory and thus took a break during the Qingming holiday. In terms of the procurement of raw materials, enterprises purchased as needed as the lead prices fluctuated at a low level at the beginning of last week, but then were less willing to do so after the lead prices rebounded in the second half of last week.
