Brazil Postpones 6th Round of Mineral Rights Sales

According to the BNAmericas, due to environmental concerns, the Brazilian Mining Authority (ANM) may slow down the transfer of new exploration blocks. The NGO Instituto Escolhas earlier this month called for a moratorium on the sixth round of public sales in an effort to stop illegal mining in the north reserve.
