China Passenger Car Association: Retail Sales Of Passenger Cars Reached 414,000 Units During March 1-12, Down 17% Yoy

SHANGHAI, Mar 21 (SMM) - According to the CPCA, China’s retail sales of passenger vehicles reached 414,000 units in March 1-12, a year-on-year drop of 17% and a month-on-month decrease of 11%. The retail sales of new energy vehicles stood at 131,000 units during March 1-12, up 9% year on year and 15% month on month. The cumulative retail totalled 901,000 units in 2023, up 21% on the year.
