SHANGHAI, Mar 13 (SMM) - SMM statistics showed that the global iron ore shipments totalled 31.45 million mt in the week ending March 10, an increase of 1.9% week-on-week.
The four major mining companies shipped a combined 21.98 million mt of iron ore last week, an increase of 418,000 mt from a week earlier.
Iron ore arrivals at Chinese ports increased 16.93% on a weekly basis to 23.7 million mt last week.
