According to the motion, Hangzhou oxygen Co., Ltd. will invest in the establishment of a wholly-owned subsidiary, Jiujiang Hangzhou oxygen Tian Chi Gas Co., Ltd. (tentatively named, finally subject to the name approved by the local market supervision administration, hereinafter referred to as "Gas Company"), and it will implement a new set of 40000m3/h air separation plant to supply industrial gas products needed for its production for Jiujiang Tianzhi High-tech Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jiujiang Tianzhi High-tech Materials"). The company has signed a "gas supply contract" with Jiujiang Tianzhi High-tech Materials. The project is located in Hukou County, Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province. The gas supply period is 12 years, and the gas supply start-up date is expected to be 15 months after the signing of the contract. The actual gas supply time of the project shall prevail. The project is mainly supported by Jiujiang Tianzhi high-tech materials with an annual output of 200000 tons of lithium electric materials.
From the point of view of the investment and funds of the project, the total investment of the above project is about 304 million yuan, and the registered capital of the gas company at the time of its establishment is 50 million yuan, which is funded by Hangzhou oxygen shares with its own funds, and the rest of the funds will be increased or solved by means of financing according to the progress of the project.
What is noteworthy is that on March 7, Hangzhou oxygen Co., Ltd. also announced that the company will invest in the establishment of a wholly-owned subsidiary, Quzhou Hangzhou oxygen Huayou Gas Co., Ltd. (tentatively named, finally subject to the name approved by the local market supervision administration). And by its implementation of a new set of 30000m3/h and a set of 50000m3/h air separation equipment for Zhejiang Times Lithium material Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhejiang Times Lithium material") to supply its industrial gas products, the company has signed a "gas supply contract" with Zhejiang Times Lithium material, and the gas supply period is 20 years from the start-up date of 50000m3/h air separation gas supply. The gas supply start-up date of the 30000m3/h air separation unit is expected to be 10 months after the signing of the contract, and the expected gas supply start-up date of the 50000m3/h air separation unit is 17 months after the signing of the contract, subject to the actual gas supply time of the project. The project is mainly supporting the Zhejiang era lithium materials ternary cathode material project, ternary cathode materials are mainly used in new energy power vehicles, 3C and other fields, in line with the national industrial development direction.
With regard to the implementation of the above two projects, Hangzhou oxygen Co., Ltd. said that it will have far-reaching significance for the company's gas business to expand into many fields, fully demonstrating the company's influence in the industrial gas field.
