The new energy automobile industry as one of the seven emerging industries strongly supported by the state, under the background that the green and low-carbon transformation has become a world trend, the automobile industry has also ushered in unprecedented changes. SMM expects sales of new energy vehicles to grow by 25 per cent between 2021 and 2025. The medium-and high-speed growth trend of new energy vehicles and energy storage market also provides a good development opportunity for related enterprises in other segments of the industrial chain, driving LFP battery shipments to increase significantly compared with the same period last year, thus driving the growing demand for LFP materials. In the process of promoting the goal of "double carbon" around the world, what opportunities and challenges does the new energy industry face, and how should it be changed? SMM will hold the "2022 (Seventh) China International New Energy Conference" in Chengdu from April 27 to 29, 2022. Jiangsu Chang Aluminum Group Co., Ltd. will dress up as a co-organizer to promote the high-quality development of the industry.

Changzhou Liyuan New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established in May 2021, is a lithium battery cathode material enterprise established by Longyi Technology Holdings and Bertre, which is listed on the motherboard, and is headquartered in Changzhou. The company is committed to the research and development, production and sales of core materials for lithium-ion batteries. The core product cathode material LFP, is widely used in new energy vehicles, energy storage systems and other fields.

Lithium source technology has four intelligent production bases in Changzhou, Jiangsu, Tianjin, Suining, Sichuan (under construction) and Juancheng, Shandong (under construction). It is planned to achieve a total production capacity of 512000 tons of lithium iron phosphate by 2025. In terms of international layout, with the investment agency STELLAR INVESTMENT PTE. LTD. It is proposed to set up a joint venture company in Indonesia to invest in the construction of a project with an annual capacity of 100000 tons of lithium iron phosphate cathode materials.

Liyuan has strong R & D strength and has set up a R & D team with Lithium Source (Shenzhen) Scientific Research Co., Ltd. as the core, as well as independent R & D centers and pilot bases in Nanjing and Changzhou. The research institute has leading scientific research equipment and testing equipment, and relies on Longyi Research Institute to have the largest and most complete testing and evaluation platform for automotive chemicals in the industry, realizing the whole process of testing from raw materials to cathode materials and then to batteries.

Liyuan Technology now has six wholly-owned subsidiaries, including Bertre (Tianjin) Nano material Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Beit Nano Technology Co., Ltd., Sichuan Liyuan New Materials Co., Ltd., Shandong Liyuan Science and Technology Co., Ltd., Lithium (Shenzhen) Scientific Research Co., Ltd., Hubei Liyuan New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., and a shareholding subsidiary, Hubei Fengli New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., An international holding subsidiary is Lithium Source (Asia Pacific) New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.

Seek survival and development through scientific and technological innovation, seek progress in stability, and seek opportunities in change! In the future, under the guidance of the concept of continuous innovation and creating value for customers, Lithium Technology strives to become an industry leader and strive to build the company into the world's number one supplier of lithium battery LFP materials. We are willing to work with each partner to promote the rapid development of the industry, so as to achieve win-win cooperation and create the future!

[SMM Flash] Brazil’s Bandeira Lithium Project Initiates Long-Lead Equipment Procurement
On June 11, Lithium Ionic announced that it has placed the first long-lead equipment order for its Bandeira lithium project, located in the Lithium Valley region of Minas Gerais, Brazil. The order covers a 138/13.8 kV main power transformer for the project’s internal substation. The equipment will be supplied by Brazilian manufacturer Blutrafos. According to the company, the transformer is a critical-path item that must be secured in advance of construction. The order marks the formal commencement of long-lead equipment procurement and indicates that the Bandeira project is gradually progressing from the engineering phase toward construction readiness. Lithium Ionic stated that overall engineering progress at Bandeira has reached approximately 65%. To support detailed engineering and construction planning, the company has completed 1,352 metres of geotechnical drilling across the project area. The capital expenditure estimate is also being updated based on the latest engineering work, while additional long-lead equipment packages are expected to move forward through tendering and procurement. The Bandeira project is 100% owned by Lithium Ionic and is located in Minas Gerais, one of Brazil’s key lithium-producing regions.
