With regard to the advantages of tungsten polishing solution, Anji Technology said, first of all, at the technical level, the performance of our products has reached the international level, and our R & D capability and production level of quality control ability have not been significantly different from those of international first-class competitors; secondly, the company's product line of tungsten polishing fluid has carried out an omni-directional layout and achieved mass production. Finally, compared with our overseas competitors, we have no geographical and cultural barriers with our mainland customers, we have faster response speed, we can cooperate and support closely with our customers, and under the current epidemic and other unfavorable factors, we have more strength to ensure the supply capacity of our products.

It is understood that the company's chemical mechanical polishing fluid products are mainly divided into copper and copper barrier polishing fluid, tungsten polishing fluid and dielectric material polishing fluid and so on. In terms of absolute value, the products of these three plates are growing, among which the products of copper and copper barrier polishing liquid are the company's oldest products, and its market share is also relatively high, with the increase of customer usage, its growth will be relatively steady; tungsten polishing fluid series products, as this is a new product of the company in recent years, its base is relatively small, so its growth rate will be faster.

Anji Technology points out that there are a variety of abrasives used in chemical mechanical polishing fluid, and even the silica sol in the abrasive can be subdivided into several categories. In addition to what we often say about silica sol, silicon dioxide, there are other new types of abrasives, such as aluminum trioxide, cerium dioxide and so on.
