On the morning of July 29, 2021, under the great attention and guidance of the leaders of the group, and under the joint efforts of the engineering and technical personnel and staff comrades such as the Engineering Project Department, Jiaozuo Base, Longbai Intelligent Company, etc., the project of expanding the capacity of 800 tons of titanium dioxide in Jiaozuo base was officially ignited for commissioning, which provided an important guarantee for the expansion and efficiency of Jiaozuo base and the realization of the group's "double 90" goal in 2021.
The Nissan 800-ton titanium dioxide expansion and transformation project is not only a key project to achieve the group's "double 90" goal, but also a key project for cadres and staff of Jiaozuo base to go all out for construction. It is reported that the project started construction in December last year, with a planned investment of 120 million yuan, using advanced imported burners, automatic pressure regulating valves and other equipment, with a high degree of automation, simplifying daily operation steps, reducing manual input, and realizing intelligent operation, and can efficiently complete the supply of base materials. After the project is put into operation, it is expected to increase the output by 50, 000 tons per year, and the sales revenue will reach 1 billion yuan.
Since the start of the project, the leading cadres and staff comrades of the Group's Engineering Project Department, Jiaozuo Base, Longbai Intelligent Company and other units have gone all out to grasp the time limit for the project to ensure progress and methodically complete the construction goals according to the plan. In order to successfully implement the ignition commissioning, the Jiaozuo base set up a project promotion team at the beginning of 2021, and each workshop worked out the construction schedule inversely according to the plan, clearly dividing the responsibilities of each unit and assigning the responsibility to the person. After 8 months of unremitting efforts, the kiln ignited on time at 09:16 on July 29th. In order to track the commissioning of the new system in time, under the guidance of Deng Bosong, general manager of Jiaozuo base, the workshop sets up a commissioning group to report the kiln temperature every half hour, and works with workshop leaders and related personnel to track the kiln operation on the spot for 24 hours to efficiently solve the problems existing in the commissioning process. In view of the problems in the kiln drying process, Jiaozuo base immediately contacted the manufacturers to organize personnel to carry out problem investigation, and urgently held a special meeting. By adjusting the amount of natural gas and air distribution, the follow-up method of testing the temperature of the burner every 10 minutes is adopted. The kiln is lit again at 03:45 on the same day. After several hours of observation, the temperature of the burner is kept below 100C. The kiln body temperature operates normally according to the heating curve. On August 3rd, the kiln body temperature is 350C. It is estimated that it will take 12 days to dry the kiln, and the kiln body temperature can reach 1100 ℃. According to the cooling curve, the commissioning will be completed after three days of cooling, and the workshop will enter the stage of operation.
In the face of the arduous task of realizing the "double 90" goal in 2021, all cadres and staff of Jiaozuo base will work with full confidence and put into work with the team spirit of cooperation, collective supremacy and perseverance and courage to win, and strive hard for the early realization of the titanium dioxide expansion and transformation project to reach the standard and the successful completion of the group's "double 90" goal!
