Recently, the emergency rescue drill of 2021 geological disaster in Yichun City, Jiangxi Province was held at Zhongjia Concentrator of Yichun Tantalum and Niobium Mine Co., Ltd.
The exercise is sponsored by Yichun Emergency Management Bureau, Yuanzhou District people's Government of Yichun City, Yichun Tantalum and Niobium Mining Co., Ltd., and Xinfang Town people's Government. The simulation of this exercise is that due to the influence of continuous rainfall, a small geological disaster occurred near the periphery of Zhongjia Concentrator of Yichun Tantalum and Niobium Mine Co., Ltd., and six people at the scene urgently needed to be relocated. One of the people was buried and injured seriously and urgently needed to be transferred for treatment. After the "disaster situation" occurred, the local government immediately launched an emergency rescue response to sudden geological disasters, sent rescue forces to the scene to carry out emergency disposal work, and Huaxia Kyushu Airlines sent helicopters to participate in the transfer and treatment work.
Combined with the actual situation, the exercise carried out a comprehensive simulation exercise from the whole process of receiving alarm, emergency response, monitoring and investigation, rescue transfer, department linkage, emergency disposal, response termination, disaster investigation and disaster detection, public opinion release, and so on. In the whole process of the exercise, various departments and units were able to carry out related work in accordance with their respective division of labor, and the whole process was specific, well-organized, closely coordinated, tense and orderly.
The main purpose of this exercise is to test the ability of various departments to respond quickly and coordinate operations to sudden geological disasters, to master the procedures and methods of emergency rescue and rescue of sudden geological disasters, and to further improve the level of emergency rescue, disaster prevention, disaster reduction and disaster relief, so as to achieve the purpose of scientific risk aversion and disaster relief, and minimize losses caused by geological disasters.
