Yiwei Lithium Energy: to build a new energy power storage battery industrial park with an annual output of 104.5GWh

Yiwei LiNeng (300014.SZ) announced that on June 10, 2021, the company and the Management Committee of Jingmen High-tech Industrial Development Zone (hereinafter referred to as "Jingmen High-tech Industrial Development Zone Management Committee") agreed to establish a strategic cooperative relationship based on good trust and the principles of development, win-win, equality and mutual benefit, and signed the Strategic Investment Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement").

The company and its subsidiaries plan to invest in the construction of a new energy power energy storage battery industrial park with an annual production capacity of 104.5GWh (including the completed capacity 11GWh, the capacity under construction 11GWh and the capacity 82.5GWh to be built by stages) in Jingmen Kuidao District, and introduce the supporting industry of lithium-ion power energy storage battery according to production demand. The Management Committee of Jingmen High-tech Zone provides necessary support and assistance for the construction of new energy power energy storage battery industry park and the introduction of lithium-ion power energy storage battery industry.

It is reported that this cooperation will help the two sides to give full play to their respective resources and advantages, expand the production capacity of power storage batteries, optimize the company's industrial structure, and further promote the development of the company in the lithium-ion power battery market.
