Fulin Seiko (300432.SZ) plans to invest in the comprehensive development project of lithium ore resources.

On March 31st, Fulin Seiko (300432.SZ) announced that Mianyang Fulin Seiko Co., Ltd. recently signed the Investment Agreement on Lithium Resources Comprehensive Development Project with Sichuan Strix Lithium Industry Co., Ltd., Mianzhu Chuanhong Building Materials Co., Ltd., and natural person Deng Bo. All parties jointly invested in the establishment of Lithium Resources Comprehensive Development Project Company (referred to as "Project Company") with their own funds, and the registered capital of the project company was 80 million yuan. Among them, the company subscribed to contribute 27.2 million yuan. The project company has completed the industrial and commercial registration on March 30, 2021 and obtained the "Business license" issued by the administrative department for industry and commerce.

It is reported that Sichuan LiNeng Mining Co., Ltd. is engaged in mineral processing.

The purpose of this overseas investment is to set up a lithium resources comprehensive development project company, which aims to give full play to and make full use of the resource advantages of all parties involved, help to broaden the upstream raw material supply channels of new energy lithium positive electrodes, extend the upstream and downstream industrial chains, and enhance the core competitiveness and sustainable development ability of the company's new energy lithium battery material plate business.
