Advantages of the process:
The high temperature process is completely airtight and safe; there is no need for SF6 (Greenhouse Effect is 23900 times that of CO2) to prevent the high temperature decomposition of fluorine and sulfur gases from producing the possibility of corrosion and toxic gases; there is no furnace, no scum and sludge, no material loss, and can realize the long-distance transportation of raw materials at room temperature; clean operating space, decent advanced production capacity, user-friendly environment; there is almost no gas in the barrel, and the gas entrainment phenomenon is sharply reduced. Preparing very little high temperature slurry according to the volume in the mold, compared with the melting and heat preservation of hundreds of kilograms of raw materials in the furnace, the energy saving effect is remarkable, the start is fast, the shutdown is safe, the refueling is quick and simple, and there is no need to transfer liquid. The piston retreats as needed to bring a fast beat (about 60 seconds for large parts).
The advantages brought by semi-solid: good fluidity, few air entrainment, 50% reduction in exhaust, slag ladle, cold chamber and sprue volume; significantly improved tensile strength and elongation; good dimensional stability; especially suitable for complex parts such as high, thin, narrow, deep, fine, multi-directional holes, the thinnest 0.3mm; corrosion resistance; hot melting temperature reduced 70-100 ℃, energy saving 40-60%, mold thermal erosion is small, die life is long.
