Comstock Mining has reportedly announced a $10.8 million acquisition of lithium battery recycling company Linico, which will pay $4.5 million in cash and 3 million restricted common shares, equivalent to up to $10.75 million, in exchange for up to 64 per cent ownership of Linico.
Linico said it would use these funds to increase funding for Green Li-ion Pte Ltd.. Equipment investment to produce 99.9% pure lithium ion cathodes.
