Subsidy standard

Car price (including VAT, the same below) less than 100000 yuan, subsidy 3000 yuan / unit; car price 10-300000 yuan (including 100000 yuan), subsidy 5000 yuan / unit; car price 30-500000 yuan (including 300000 yuan), subsidy 10, 000 yuan / unit; car price above 500000 (including 500000 yuan), subsidy 20, 000 yuan / unit

Policy implementation period

The whitelist of automobile sales enterprises in Yiwu City (hereinafter referred to as the whitelist) will be published until June 30, 2020.

Recipients of subsidies

Consumers (including individuals or businesses) who buy new cars at whitelist enterprises and receive subsidies and pay vehicle purchase taxes in Yiwu City.

In the first phase, 10 000 subsidized places were allocated, including 3500 places of $3000, 3500 places of $5000, 1500 places of $10,000 and 1500 places of $20,000. Places are limited on a first-come-first-served basis (valid until 31 May 2020).

Car purchase subsidy process

In Yiwu whitelist enterprises to buy new cars in the whitelist enterprises to receive subsidies in Yiwu City to pay vehicle purchase tax owners based on the relevant materials to apply for approval after the issuance of subsidies.
