It is understood that on November 29, 2017, the copper, lead and zinc industrial base of Minmetals Nonferrous Metals holding Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Minmetals Group, officially started construction in Shuikoushan Circular economy Industrial Park, Changning City, Hengyang City, Hunan Province. The base plans to invest more than 10 billion yuan to form a production capacity of "300000 tons of copper + 300000 tons of zinc + 100000 tons of lead" as a whole.
