SHANGHAI, Aug. 14 (SMM) – On Monday, SHFE 1709 lead opened lower at RMB 18,980/mt and then fluctuated at RMB 18,950-19,025/mt. Later, the contract advanced to RMB 19,140/mt with entering of longs and ended at RMB 19,050/mt, up RMB 40/mt or 0.21%. Trading volumes fell 17,584 to 39,346 lots and positions dropped 1,506 to 30,156.
