Shanxi Criticized by Ministry of Environmental Protection for Approving Illegal Aluminum Project

SHANGHAI, Aug. 1 (SMM) – Shanxi Development & Reform Commission violated laws for putting Shanxi Chalco Huarun’s aluminum project under file in January this year without confirmation of capacity swap program, central environmental protection inspection team said.
