LME Zinc to Move at Highs (2017-7-13)

SHANGHAI, Jul. 13 (SMM) – LME zinc has strong upward momentum. US June PPI due for release today is pessimistic, and will weigh down the US dollar and support base metals.

LME zinc is expected to move between USD 2,795-2,840/mt today. SHFE 1709 zinc is expected to fluctuate between RMB 23,050-23,450/mt, with spot prices RMB 70-170/mt above SHFE 1708 zinc. China’s annualized June import and export data due for release today are expected to be mixed.
