SHANGHAI, Sept. 21 (SMM) – Last week, nickel ore inventories at six major Chinese ports were down 50,000 tonnes on a weekly basis, Shanghai Metals Market data show.
After the drop, nickel ore inventories totaled 11.34 million tonnes at the six Chinese ports last week, according to SMM data.
Last week, trading at north China ports was light, and the Port of Lanshan and Lianyungang each saw the arrival of one shipment, while others saw no arrivals, SMM survey finds.
Four new ships are expected to arrive this week.
