The seller is responsible for loading and weighing, while freight costs shall be borne by the buyer. According to the official announcement, only one bidding session will be held for the full 700 physical tonnes, with the settlement quantity determined by actual sampling and weighing on site.

The bidding will begin at 10:00 on May 15, 2026.
