SMM July 22 News: According to official sources, a tender project for selling a batch of crude selenium at a northern factory was successfully concluded, with the transaction price reaching around 142 yuan/kg. Some market participants stated that recently, the selenium dioxide market has been slightly weak, and the selenium powder market has seen stable transactions. The end-user side may only engage in large-scale purchasing and stockpiling in September, therefore, the overall selenium market price has entered a quiet period. However, judging from the recent sales results of crude selenium by manufacturers, crude selenium prices are currently showing signs of rise, and the future price trend remains to be observed.
